Pennsylvania Act 47 provides loans, grants, and technical assistance to financially distressed municipalities for developing and implementing financial recovery plans.

Pennsylvania Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit Program offers businesses tax credits equal to 75% of contributions to scholarship organizations (up to 90% for 2-year commitments), with a maximum annual credit of $750,000 per taxable year.

Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program provides businesses tax credits equal to 75% of contributions (up to $750,000 annually) or 90% with a two-year commitment to approved scholarship and educational improvement organizations.
