1. Service Description

Bizmoon is an AI-powered platform that monitors government policy changes, analyzes their potential impact on your business, and identifies relevant grants and funding opportunities. Analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only — they do not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bizmoon.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: Limited analyses and alerts at no charge.
• Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Trials: Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on Bizmoon are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the business data you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Policy analyses, risk assessments, and grant matches are generated by AI and may contain errors. You should independently verify any information before making business or legal decisions. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizmoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bizmoon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
